Employment Opportunities

Bridgeport has an enrollment of about 470 students in K-12 and is located in in the western Panhandle of Nebraska. It is about 35 miles east of Scottsbluff, 35 miles south of Alliance and 40 miles north of Sidney. Bridgeport is also within driving distance of Denver, CO (3-hour drive) and Rapid City, SD (3-hour drive).  Bridgeport competes in C1/C2 activities and has a brand new elementary school, auditorium and gymnasium.  Bridgeport has a public swimming pool, golf course, and other nearby outdoor recreational opportunities such as hunting and fishing.
